Haskell "Hack" Walker, age 85, of Rogersville passed away June 29, 2012, at Wellmont Hawkins County Memorial Hospital in Rogersville."Hack" was a local business owner who was a small appliance repairman. He was of the Baptist faith. "Hack" was preceded in death by his parents, Harley and Lissie Saulsberry Walker, his wife, Ina Carpenter, his step-son, Paul Sandifer, his brothers, Clifford, Ted, and Carroll Walker, and his sister, Beulah Walker. "Hack" is survived by, special friends, Delphi Turner and Carmen Sandifer, his sons, Harley Leonard Walker and Harols Ashley Walker of Rogersville, his daughters, Linda Runion and Brenda Walker of Bulls Gap, and his step-sons, Eddie (Reta) Sandifer, Robert (Margaret) Sandifer, and Tommy Sandifer, and his brother, Charles Walker, of Vamdalia, Ohio, and his sister, Eva Adams of Huber Heights, Ohio, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 2, 2012, at Colboch Price Funeral Home, 6-8 PM with funeral services at 8:00 PM in the chapel with Rev. John Arnott, officiating. Interment will be Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Speedwell Church Cemetery, Bulls Gap, with military honors by the Hawkisn County Color Guard and the Tennessee National Guard.
